Important Information for Chromebook Distribution

Students will be receiving an HP Chromebook x360 14-inch FHD IPS Touch 2-in-1 Laptop from the school, which will include built-in mobile network access paid for by the school district.

Key Details:

• Mobile Data: Each student will have 50GB of data per month for mobile use (outside of school). When on campus, the Chromebook will automatically connect to the school Wi-Fi.

• Required Actions:

  1. Fill out the "Student Computer Check-Out/Lease Form":

     • This form is available to print online (click the button below) or can be picked up at your designated school.

  2. Pay the $20 Insurance Fee:

     • This fee covers insurance for the laptop for the entire year in case of accidents or damage. The district is covering the remaining $90 of the insurance cost.

• Agreement to Follow Technology Code of Conduct:
  Students will be required to follow the Technology Code of Conduct, which must be signed by both the student and their guardian.

• Chromebook Distribution:
  The Chromebooks will be handed out one by one at the start of the school year.

Steps to Receive Your Chromebook:

1. Complete the Form: Ensure that both the student and guardian sign the "Student Computer Check-Out/Lease Form."

2. Pay the Insurance Fee: Submit the $20 fee to cover insurance for the Chromebook.

3. Review the Technology Code of Conduct: Both the student and guardian must read, understand, and sign the Technology Code of Conduct.

After completing these steps, students will be able to pick up their Chromebook on the first day of school.
